Sprat Hall Beach

Sprat Hall Beach aka Cowboy Beach is a beautiful mile-long stretch of white sand along the west end shore in Frederiksted. You’ll find spots to pull off and walk down to the beach. There are plenty of sandy spots to get into the water along with rocky spots to snorkel and look for tropical fish and marine life. You may also catch a glimpse of our friends at Cruzan Cowgirls swimming their horses with one of their tour groups.
